RecoverFitNow uses website analytics to understand how readers use the site. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send. Please do not send medical records or other sensitive personal information.

| Information | Why it is used |
|---|---|
| Messages you send, including your email address, name if provided, and attachments | To answer questions, investigate corrections and maintain relevant correspondence. |
| Technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested page and request time | To deliver the site, diagnose problems and help protect its operation. Hosting systems may retain this information in logs. |

Search terms entered in the site’s search box appear in the page address and may be included in technical or analytics records. Avoid entering sensitive personal information there.
Analytics, cookies and browser storage
We use Clicky for website analytics. Our account is set to apply Clicky’s Visitor privacy feature to all visitors. Clicky describes this setting as using anonymized IP addresses and no tracking cookies. Clicky notes an exception for VPN or relay addresses, which it may log in full because the visitor’s underlying IP address is already hidden. This setting does not eliminate ordinary hosting logs or the information you choose to send us. See Clicky’s privacy policy for its processing practices.
You can use Clicky’s opt-out tool and your browser’s controls for cookies and site data. Those controls have different scopes: blocking cookies alone does not necessarily stop analytics requests or server logging.
WordPress also uses browser storage for site functions, such as remembering whether a browser can display certain emoji. Administrative sign-in can use authentication cookies. Public comments are currently closed.
Service providers and external websites
Service providers process information involved in hosting, analytics and email. The site’s hosting provider is Namecheap; correspondence sent to our Gmail address is processed through Google’s email service. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where the relevant providers operate.
When you follow a link to another website, that site’s privacy policy applies to your interaction with it. Retailers and affiliate networks may use their own tracking technologies. Their checkout and account information is collected by them, rather than through a RecoverFitNow checkout.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security problems or legal claims.
Retention and your choices
Our retention policy is to keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including resolving correspondence, maintaining security and meeting applicable obligations. Retention periods can differ across hosting logs, analytics and email systems; deleting a message from an active inbox may not immediately remove backup copies.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will assess the request under applicable law and may need proportionate information to verify it. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate security or legal reasons.
The site is intended for adults, and we do not invite children under 13 to send personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change. Adding new advertising, email subscriptions or other data-collection features requires a fresh review of this policy and any necessary privacy controls.
